I've found myself on both sides in the past, but now I see things a little differently. We will have to make major sacrifices unless we build our own solution." Team Build □: "No tools on the market do everything we need them to. It will take forever, and it will be hard to maintain." Team Buy □: "Building is way too expensive. Have a look at the video below to see how to do it manually □ Got any of these tools linked with Airtable? Better check that connection ) Here's a heads-up on some popular integrations that will be affected: If you don’t update your connections, your integrations and automations with Airtable will stop starting next week. Next week, Airtable's API key authentication will be discontinued. PS: u/Airtable, I love the page designer, I'd PAY (more, already a pro) to have this saved as a pdf automatically.Automation is like a lasagna. How have you solved this? I can't be the first looking to create a pdf from LinkedRecords and save them as a dynamically growing table. Also, the number of records linked varies a lot, and setting up an "find record" zap for each is not possible before hand. The problem I have is that records from the linked records field come in an arrayĪnd zapier doesn't find them. Update original record with "google doc" as pdf attachment. This contains all items bought as a linked field. Trigger when the "purchase" record is updated. ![]() At the moment, I'm using Zapier with the following zaps: ![]() However, I have not found this functionality with other tools. In page designer, if I include a "linked records" field, such as items bought by the client, it populates a table where I can select the columns. Given that this is not the case, I've been looking at 3rd party automations. if I could attach it as a pdf to the record. I'm currently trying to develop an automation to create a nice looking invoice from an Airtable Record. ![]()
